Beat Addiction

Addiction is something that takes many forms such as; smoking, drugs, food, sex, work, shopping, screens and much more. Addictions are often very strongly formed habits as they were created at a time when we needed more support and this became our way of coping. Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool for breaking the addiction habit and retraining the body and mind towards healthier choices. Our brains are malleable and always able to change so take action today and make that change in the right direction.

Ease Anxiety

This is probably the most prevalent issue of our times affecting a large majority of children and adults. Anxiety can affect us all in different ways and can be quite debilitating for some individuals. Hypnotherapy is incredibly effective at transforming anxiety and calming your nervous system. This happens both in the session and at home with exercises and guided hypnosis to listen to. The majority of people who come to me struggle with anxiety on some level. Confidence is something that a lot of us struggle with in different ways and it is so essential for our professional and personal lives - it is important to know which areas of your life and yourself you are lacking confidence in and why. The why is very important in this situation as it will guide us to the root of your insecurities so we can heal and transform them. Heal Depression

Depression is another very common area we work on in Hypnotherapy. Living in such a fast-paced way, being hard on ourselves, working too hard, numbing, distracting, or not allowing ourselves to feel difficult emotions will eventually have an impact on our mental wellbeing. As hard and scary as depression can be, there is a way out and hypnotherapy is extremely effective at getting to the root of the depression and healing it. I am always amazed to see how different my clients are by the end of our sessions together - happy, joyful and calm.

Attracting More Love

A combination of hypnotherapy and coaching can be incredibly beneficial to understand and heal what is coming between you and a healthy, meaningful relationship. This works for both friends, family members and romantic relationships and can be very powerful for finding the loving relationship you deserve. Phobias

Whether you are terrified of spiders or find the idea of flying on an aeroplane to be your own personal nightmare, hypnotherapy is extremely effective at softening those fearful reactions and bringing a sense of safety and calm. In as few as 2/3 sessions, your phobia could become a thing of the past and you will be helped to understand where and why this fear was developed. I use a gentle gradual exposure technique, introducing the phobia slowly and in a safe way, in the safety of your imagination.

You may experience sweaty palms, a dry mouth, a tightness in your chest or other reactions - this is all very normal.
