Pricing Structure

All sessions last between 60 - 75 minutes, but l recommend you allow for the full 75 minutes if needed. Discounts are available for NHS workers, students, those on universal credit and those on low income.

£120.00 - Standard session fee

£105.00 - Discounted session fee

I usually see clients biweekly for between 4 - 8 sessions. I do also offer weekly sessions for clients who require it. This is an average as some people may need longer, depending on the problem they are working on. I do

l am committed to getting you to the exact place you want to be and use a combination of hypnosis, talking therapy and practical exercises, to get you there. No two sessions are the same; we are all unique and require different types of support at different times. The way l work is flexible, supportive and practical, so you feel safe and clear on what we are doing and why, throughout the process. You are the one in control of the work we do together and we can work at whatever speed feels safe for you.

The Seed to Self Method

1. The Seed - Awareness & Education

Everything begins with awareness.

In this stage, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that are currently shaping your life. Many of these patterns were formed early in life and operate automatically through the subconscious mind.

By understanding how your mind works, you begin to see why you think, feel, and behave the way you do. This awareness alone can be incredibly empowering — because once you see the pattern, you can change it.

Here you really come to know who you are, how your past impacted you and how it’s impacting your present.

This phase helps you:

  • Identify subconscious beliefs and patterns

  • Understand the root of current challenges

  • Develop powerful self-awareness

  • Learn how the subconscious mind shapes behaviour

2. The Descent - Subconscious Reconditioning

  1. Once we identify the patterns, we begin releasing them.

    This step is about clearing the internal programming that keeps you stuck, whether it shows up as self-doubt, anxiety, people-pleasing, or feeling blocked.

    As these patterns loosen, you create space for something new.

    This stage is about unlearning what no longer serves you. We gently dismantle outdated narratives, release emotional conditioning, and create space for healthier and more supportive patterns to emerge.

    This phase helps you:

    • Release limiting subconscious beliefs

    • Reprocess and shift old emotional patterns

    • Reduce automatic triggers and reactions

    • Break cycles of self-sabotage

    • Create space for new ways of thinking and feeling

3. The Rise - Subconscious Reconditioning

Here is where you get to write a new story.

After releasing the old conditioning, we begin consciously creating the new.

Together we redefine the beliefs, identity, and inner narrative that align with the life you want to live. This isn’t about surface-level affirmations — it’s about rewiring the subconscious mind to support a new way of thinking and being.

You begin to see yourself differently, trust yourself more deeply, and step into a more empowered identity.

This stage focuses on:

  • Installing new empowering beliefs

  • Creating a new internal narrative

  • Strengthening self-trust and confidence

  • Aligning your mindset with your goals

4. The Return - Embodiment & Aligned Action

True transformation happens when change is lived & felt, not just understood.

In this final stage, we integrate the new identity and beliefs into your everyday life. You begin making choices, setting boundaries, and taking action from this new place of clarity and self-alignment.

This is where the work becomes fully embodied — where your external life begins to reflect the internal shifts you’ve made.

You move forward with:

  • Greater emotional regulation

  • Clearer decision-making

  • Aligned actions that support your growth

  • A deeper sense of confidence and freedom

Online and In-Person Appointments

Appointments can be done online via Zoom which will be sent to you prior to the session, or in person at my studio space in Clifton, Bristol. Online sessions are just as effective as face to face so do not worry that this will change the process at all. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please let me know with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours will be charged half price. With less than 24 hours notice, the full session fee will be charged.
