Through guided hypnosis, discussion, sharing circles, and tailored exercises, you’ll begin to recognise how these patterns have been running quietly in the background of your life. With awareness and compassion, you’ll start to separate who you truly are from the learned responses of the past. You begin to lead from within, move with clarity, and choose from power rather than fear.
1.The Subconscious Mind
This week is about understanding how the subconscious mind works and how people-pleasing patterns are formed. You will learn how early experiences shape subconscious beliefs and behaviours, and why people-pleasing becomes a strategy for safety, connection, and belonging.
2. Heal Your Shadow
This week is about gently turning towards the parts of yourself that have been hidden, suppressed, or judged, and meeting them with compassion rather than fear. You’ll explore how your shadow forms as a natural response to past experiences, and how unexpressed emotions and unmet needs can continue to influence your thoughts, behaviours, and relationships.
3. Meeting Your Inner Child
This week is about reconnecting with the younger parts of you that learned to adapt, stay quiet, or please in order to feel safe and loved. You’ll begin to understand how these early experiences shaped your emotional responses, needs, and patterns in adulthood.
4. Reclaim Your NO
This week is about learning how to honour your boundaries without guilt, fear, or over-explaining. You’ll explore how and why saying no has felt unsafe or uncomfortable in the past, and how people-pleasing patterns have shaped your responses.
5. Decipher Intuition From Anxiety
This week is about learning to recognise the difference between fear-based thoughts and your intuitive guidance. You’ll explore how anxiety often speaks through urgency, worry, and overthinking, while intuition communicates through calm clarity and embodied knowing.
6. Body love
This week is about gently reconnecting with your body as a place of safety, wisdom, and trust. You’ll explore how disconnection from the body can form through past experiences, expectations, or self-judgement, and how this separation can impact the way you feel and move through life.
7. Own Your Story
We can only heal what we own. This week is about stepping into self-leadership with compassion and clarity. You’ll explore what taking responsibility truly means — not as self-blame or pressure, but as reclaiming your power of choice in the present moment..
8. Honour Your Rage
This week is about recognising rage as a meaningful and protective emotion rather than something to suppress or fear. You’ll explore how anger and rage often arise when boundaries have been crossed, needs have gone unmet, or parts of you have been silenced for too long.
9. Be Home For Yourself
This week is about learning how to create safety within your body and settle your nervous system with intention. You’ll explore how chronic people-pleasing, hyper-vigilance, and over-responsibility can keep the nervous system in a constant state of activation, even when there is no immediate threat.
10. Radical Surrender & Acceptance
This week is about learning to release control and soften into trust — not through giving up, but through letting go of what no longer needs to be held. You’ll explore how surrender is often misunderstood, and how it can become a deeply empowering act when it is rooted in presence and self-trust.
11. Pleasure & Creativity
This week is about reconnecting with pleasure as a natural state of being rather than something to earn or justify. You’ll explore how disconnection from pleasure and creativity can form through responsibility, self-restraint, and people-pleasing, and how returning to these states restores vitality and aliveness.
12. Reclaim Your Dreams
This week is about fully inhabiting your inner authority and self-leadership. Not through force or perfection, but through deep self-trust, presence, and embodiment. You’ll integrate the work of the journey and step forward from a place of grounded confidence and inner alignment.
Not just another coaching programme..
You will experience a women’s sharing circle at the beginning of each session. This is a space to share openly how you are feeling and to feel heard, seen, supported, and accepted by the other women. This level of openness and honesty deeply bonds the group and accelerates your progress.
You will experience live hypnosis with Catherine in each session, which soon becomes second nature, allowing you to access this state with ease on your own.
You will receive a 5-step system called The Process, designed to help you move through any trigger, limiting belief, or block from the comfort of your own home.
You will have weekly inspired actions to help you stay focused, aligned, and motivated.
You will receive three live Q&A sessions with Catherine to ask questions and receive personalised guidance.
You will end every session with a grounding hypnosis exercise designed to gently bring you back to yourself. This self-realignment naturally supports you in everyday life.

After years of bending, pleasing, and shrinking, I finally said enough is enough. I was overwhelmed, overworked, and deeply under-nourished — and I knew something had to change. I was aware of my people-pleasing behaviours, but I didn’t know how to truly shift them until I discovered Cognitive Hypnotherapy.
Then everything changed.
I began working with my deeper fears, insecurities, and limiting beliefs, and for the first time, I truly transformed the past experiences that had kept me stuck in survival mode. This wasn’t just talking — it was real, in-the-moment subconscious rewiring that created lasting peace, calm, and confidence.
I experienced what life felt like when I built a home within myself — when I became the source of my own safety, wholeness, and security. From this sense of inner worthiness, I created a full, meaningful life: two successful businesses, supportive friendships, and eventually, a secure, healthy, and deeply loving relationship.
I’ve now grown not one, but two successful businesses from scratch. I own my own home, and I work and travel freely, on my own terms. I’m surrounded by loving friends and family, and I fully embody the woman I am.
